Instructions :

When using our lip liner,  please make sure that the pencil is well sharpened. This will help give your lip color a smoother application. Starting with the bottom or top of your lips, start tracing your natural lip line by using the lip liner with intervals of short strokes for a more precise look. For a natural look or an ombre look; blend the lip liner into your lips by gently rubbing your lips together. You can follow up with a lip gloss or lip almost of your choice. When using a lipliner with a lipstick,  fill in your lips with liner before applying lipstick.
